Jane Talbot of Horby Island wonders how the LTC can resolve to hire someone to complete the STVR program and the OCP/LUB program when the community has not spoken
yet on whether or not we will change anything at all? We have not agreed to review the OCP. That is a community choice.

RWMS LOOK TO BE ROUTINELY DONE BY THE HORNBY LTC

A FREEZE ON 946 FAMILY SUBDIVISIONS has indeed been proposed by THE LTC in this OCP review and proposed OCP revision. Resolution-Without-Meetings

Under Section 26 of the Islands Trust Act, local trust committees' may pass resolutions-without-meeting resolutions regarding any items of business except for the consideration of second or third readings of bylaws. Where possible, local trust committees conduct their resolutions in scheduled face-to-face business meetings and use resolution-without-meeting resolutions sparingly.
